CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

All those attending the event must cover their fee under the following timeline:

Payments before May 31, 2019:

  • Students: $250 USD
  • Professionals: $350 USD
  • Companions: $200 USD

Payments from June 1 to September 1, 2019:

  • Students: $300 USD
  • Professionals: $400 USD
  • Companions: $200 USD

The fee includes: welcome kit (companions-not included), sessions of the conference, coffee breaks, icebreaker and banquet.

PAYMENTS IN MEXICO

All participants of MEXICAN nationality or who are residing in Mexico must make their payment via bank deposit or electronic transfer through the account:

BILLING (MEXICO)

In case of requiring invoice (tax receipt), the bank transfer is the ONLY payment method that must be used and it is necessary to include the additional payment of 16% VAT to the total amount of the transaction. Billing information must be sent, indicating the use of the voucher (Download Format Billing) to the e-mail 4cle2019@gmail.com & contacto@ascimar.com. Billing will be issued in the month in which the registration deposit is made. Due to Mexican tax regulations, invoices will not be issued in any month other than payment. Thanks for your understanding.


PAYMENTS ABROAD

All FOREIGN participants will make their payment through Paypal using the account ascimarbcs@gmail.com. For more information please contact us by e-mail 4cle2019@gmail.com & contacto@ascimar.com.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Any cancellation must be received in writing and the following penalties will apply:

  • Before May 15, a fee of 25% of your payment will be charged.
  • From May 16 to September 15, a fee of 50% of your payment will be charged.
  • As of September 16, there are no refunds.

 

CONSIDERATIONS

The payment of several participants can be made in a single deposit or transfer. When the voucher is sent, the name of the participants must be detailed.

For student payments it is necessary to send proof of the corresponding educational institution (credential or letter) when sending proof of payment.

You must receive an acknowledgment of receipt, if you do not have an answer you must forward the e-mail. It is important that you receive a confirmation message of your deposit, otherwise your payment will not be considered complete.
